Groovetime, Inc. We will also retain your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Article 3 (Purpose Limitation)

We do not use your personal data for any purposes other than those specified in this GDPR Privacy Policy, unless weobtain your consent or are required to do so by law. We collect and process your personal data for specific legitimate purposes, which include:

- Providing and managing your account and services on the Groovetime app.

- Facilitating the synchronization of Musical Works with Dance Videos.

- Processing payments and cryptocurrency transactions.

- Improving and personalizing the user experience.

- Communicating with you regarding account updates, services, or policy changes.

- In order to respond to inquiries and improve operations in the future, access history such as IP address and cookie may be obtained.
